Karena and Milly Grant-Koria bring over 20 years of combined expertise in empowering youth and families through impactful seminars, workshops, and events throughout New Zealand, Aotearoa. Their journey commenced in the field of Sexual Health, a focus on youth mental health, and has since evolved to encompass work in Youth Centres, primary schools, and various organizations. Committed to mentoring, they engage with 20-50 youth twice weekly, drawing on their 17-year partnership to foster and meaningful connections. Their dedication reflects a deep understanding of family dynamics and the vital importance of community support.

Karena brings over 25 years of expertise in professional Martial arts, complemented by 15 years of coaching experience and a decade dedicated to professional mentoring. As a wrap-around facilitator, youth justice mentor, sexual health consultant and indigenous leader, he has worked with high schools, primary schools, the University of Auckland, mens facilities, and youth justice centers across New Zealand. Through his workshops and mentoring sessions, Karena empowers youth to embody essential life practices fostering growth and resilience in every participant. Karena's work is a transformative journey that combines skill development with personal and cultural understanding.

MIEREWAI GRANT-KORIA
Milly possesses over 18 years of extensive experience in professional teaching. Her career includes roles as a lecturer at Manukau Institute of Technology, Performance guest lecturer at PIPA BEST PACIFIC, as well as teaching as a vocal coach for OMAC Performing Arts. She has taught at various educational levels, including primary, intermediate, and high schools and currently conducts workshops at both the University of Auckland and Auckland University and workshops for those interested in progressive learning. Milly is also dedicated to youth justice and indigenous mentoring across New Zealand, reflecting her family values to education and community engagement.
