TE KORE
To form infinite potential
By Karena and Milly Grant-Koria.
Our work is about teaching our children that life is about the service of truth to YOURSELF which is reflected in the world outside of you.
In 2015 Karena found that in his Martial Arts, Mau Rakau, Weaponry, Stunts, Performance teachings there was an alignment to the work his wife was doing within RAAH Medicinals previously known as Ritu Anima Alkemi Healing. Multiple occasions occurred where the couple would find themselves performing at the same gig not knowing they would be performing and teaching separately. Their eldest daughter in the pram backstage watching.
They realised as a couple they could do more as a family especially for their children. No matter the language or culture there are fundamentals that can be nourished wielded and grown from the back bone of Husband and Wife to Family, which extended out to the wider communities if the teaching that is shared and grown comes from the equal stance of this relationship of unity, of CONNECTION.
TūRongo Collective has been known for an unparalleled commitment to indigenous practices and teachings.
With a specialty in triggering the unknown, encouraging feeling uncomfortable, growing inner stamina and unlocking an honest stillness, the collective is well known for nurturing bravery within difference.
From youth justice mentoring services to workshops, to ritual activations, to training programs and wellness sessions, to relationship development and holistic spiritual healing we are committed to the wellness of supporting others.
